I attended a crash course on FRGS application grant scheme. Prof DR Mustafa Mat Deris and Prof DR Sulaiman talked a bit + advice on how to go about it. On that day so many budding PHD holders trying to bid the money RM180 million allocated for RMK 10.
2) among the advise was .. the forms must be handled with care regarding all particulars , spelling, models, formulae, name of researchers and particulars.
In short I enjoyed the tips why I had failed to secure one so far. It was horrible because it ached my feelings/ ego when my colleauges who did not posses any PhD got theirs handsomely. There must be some secret somewhere. He..he..
