Ohsshhhh great to be back from Shah Alam and Penang.  It was a week I was away really?  How time flew?

2)  I think Penang is a good place to retire.  So much opportunity to take part in conferences and doing dakwah with yourself and many foreigners that come to the island.  But I love the sight of the ocean from the 11km Penang Bridge.   It was awesome and spectacular!

3)  I think Pennag is good because USM is there.  You can be a long life member to be .. for the library ..u can do lots of reading and researching.  Thinking about doing my second PhD.  is that wrong, any body ..tell me?  if we study we will always look young, younger and youngest.  And the great thing is .. u can do jogging on the bridge.  Time 400 am in the morning b4 doing tahajud.  Jogging on the bridge ?  u must be another mad jogger really?  wy mad u say?  some of us never sleep u know?  (laugh).  is there anything wrong if we die in the process of doing second phd / third phd ..  if we think of finding knowledge .. from cradle to the grave ..then we r on the right track ...but if we do phd to gain professorship/ money/ position/  flying to far away places .. then that attention , intention is not what Allah wants from us.  thats why in a tradition of the Holy Prophet Muhammad s.a.w .. the alim will be thrown into the hell fire.  Why?  we are not sincere in seeking knowledge for the sake of Islam.   c?
thats why few books ever written my muslims of this generation in the world biggest libaries ..in London/  New York/  Paris/  Madrid.  Muslims are sleeping .. listening to stories and stories about great scholars of Islam many thousands of years ago.  What has history got to do with our live now adays?  Can we buy a condo with the great history of Khalid Al Walid?  can we buy a piece of bread if our 50th generation of past past forefathers were Prophet Yaacob a.s.?  answer me ..    
since we love old history ..we are so fast asleep.  Not the japanesse/  americans who created computers / ipAD/ Fb / music.. and they let us more astray .. may be for ever.
4)  Mind you ..my friend Dr Adib USM told me that day ..a condo cost RM675,000 per unit.  Mind you!  this place must be mad .. the malays are running out of the island and the japanese , taiwainese , canadians are taking their places NEXT.  Good isn't it?  but how about if they become muslims .. is that not good for us?  muslims are brothers//  so far w are so afraid of these foreigners..but we never have thought the other way round.  Yes ..they becoming muslims .. mukmins..mukminat ..solihin/ solihah/ sobirin/ sobirat // mujahideen // Allah is great .  He created us All regardless of races and colour. Why worry my friends?  the only way is to do dakwah all our lives.  The reward according to Al Quraan ".. is jannah / surga firdausi .  / eternal paradise..living in peace for ever after".

I think thats all for now.  Thinking hard to retire in Penang.  Just 5 hours drive from Kota Bharu.  he..e..  penang looks more continental to me/  more europe to me/  how about you ?
