Ada 4 bentuk soalan.
Ianya adalah seperti berikut:
Soalan Umum
Soalan Khusus (spesifik)
Contoh-contohnya. Sila rujuk kepada Post saya pada 23 OKTOBER 2010.
Sekian. Muga-muga membawa manafaat kepada semua warga guru matematik.
Wallahu aklam.

The questions are
general type
specific type
leading type
follow-on type.
2) If we teach Difference of Two Squares .. and we see this problem called 31 squared - 30 squared then .. if you say 'Did you remember the formula called DOTS ?' then you are producing a leading question. You lead the students to one specific formula.
3) If you help thenm with computation work (31 + 30) multiply by (31 - ? ) you are actually doing the follow on .. activities.
4) If you asked 'Did you get it?' which means ... the final answer as 61 then you are producing a specific question.
Else .. if you asked where is your calculator Bahrom?
this is a general question.
Got me?

My writing this morning after subuh berjamaah. pagi ahad. Surah Alif-lam-mim sajadah. By the Imam Tua Masjid Parit Hj Salleh Ros - Parit Raja, Johor.
Ameen. Kita berjumpa lagi. Byeeee.

Baca tajuk blog tu ..

Syukur today my birthday. Happy Birthday to me. He..he. Syukur I started my day with sembahyang subuh berjamaah dengan anak lelaki Zaki Solihin. Tak lama di atas masjid .. kami pulang ke rumah .. saya start buat soalan ujian Test 2 Diploma IT subjek: Komputer Etika dan nSosial. sementara my anak Nenez bersiap siap untuk ke sekolah selepas PMR 2010 yang berakhir minggu lepas. Then we take breakfast together and off I go to send my girl to SMK Sri Gading. No big deal actually. My job?
2) In the office .. I got few calls where the callers willingly sang the famous song "happy Birthday to you". well it brightens up my day actually. Then my dear friend O. C. Pin from IPTHO send greetings and greeting plus good news about my article with Dr Su - appearing in a BPG Journal Penyelidikan Guru Jilid 4/ 2009. pg 29 - 38. Got ISSN number pulak tu. Thats good isn't it?
3) I didn'tt spend so much time in the office.. where I decided to go to the library. I mark maths diploma paper. Test 2 with Topics called Mac Claurin Series, Partial Fraction, Series, .., and many more. In the library, I had a short discussion ..about operations research with MISC staff .. sorry I can't recall his good name. I encourage him to do Ph.D.
4) Lunch? I went home. Eat kurtuk daging and 3 slice of roti. I didn't like to eat so much nasi .. time consuming people say. Just 'cicah' roti plus gular kurtuk daging tu. So sedap n very filling. Then here I am .. trying to fill up AKEPT form to attend short course in November 2010 about niche area n innovation. Plus I fill up a form requesting to be train in technical writing. Target: I want to write more papers in impact factor journals. Insya allah.
But it is easy said than done. he..he..
Happy Birthday Abah. Syukur. Please pray that we use the remaining years (days) to obey more and more the commandments of Allah according o the sunnnah of Rasululah s.a.w.
Ameen.

Any man regardless of age will never stop dreaming/ wishinng. Some wanted a very good jobs like the Chief Accountant, Chief Engineer, Head Deaprtment, Excellent Principal Jusa Gred C etc etc.
Some man dream marrying rich ladies like that late Datuk S. Why? So that he can lead a better life. Some of us dream that we will never get old. Lucky indeed are the teachers having nnames like 'Cik Muda'. In Malay it means .. Mr Young. he..he.. In order to be young man takes all kind of herbs/ medicine like .. Tea Misai Kuching, Tea Mlm Jumaat and many more. In China and India the men consume weird medicine .. including those from the private parts of wild animals like lions, leopards, bear, and .. u name it .. they eat it ...all the way. Why?
Because they want to be forever and ever young. Just ask why 90+ man marrying a 12 year old girl in Afghansitan. The answer is .. i am very sure . so that I will always look young. Laugh.
Many teachers are also having that feeling too. In spite of teaching for 30 years .. I always feel so young because my students are just 18+. All the years .. my students are coming at 18+ immeditely after SPM ( GCE 'O' levels) doing Diploma this and diploma that. Get me? I hate taking any class from OUM (Open University Malaysia)
because here .. you are goona teach .. old teachers but having young dreams.
he..he..
Ok .. I think thats why .. teaching is the best job for those who always dream to live young and die young until some body issue you a certificate saying 'He just drop dead by himself. ????'.
God knows best. Wallahu aklam.

I read the Sunday Star today after Subuh prayer in Masjid Kampung Sireh, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. You know what? First page ..it printed ' 70% teachers in Malaysia are ladies!'
2) So what? That must be the first question that pop out from my head. Imagine .. out of 10 teachers at any school, 7 of them are ladies and the rest are men. There are many implications from this statistics. It means that for any teaching post examples 'the Head' of a school, any lady teacher stands 70% chance to get that post. Only 30% chance will go for the man teacher. The most probable job would be Discipline Teacher will go straight to the man, right? next job is P.E teacher cum 'driver' would be the man teacher too and last but not least history cum 'escort' teacher for school's trips after SPM, PMR would also be for the man. The rest of the other jobs could be easily grabbed by the ladies. Examples: Principal, Assistant Principal I and II, Ko-Kurikulum Head, Language Head, Maths and Science Head, .., annd the list will go on. For the ladies teacher, I am afraid. Congratulations!
3) The next question is - where have the boys gone? Aren't they not interested to join the teaching profession? A story could answer this. One of my top boy students went for a teacher interview last 4 months. After going all the written tests and interview .. unfortunately .. he got a letter. 'Dukacita .. dimaklumkan permohonan anda .. tidak berjaya'. Iasked him why? Sheepishly , he answered the interviewing panel was comprised of 70% lady. The remaining 30% panel went out for toilet / just go out for a puff (smoking) at the back of the toilet when he went in the interviewing room. Hard Luck, my boy. Ha..ha.. in short the men were not there to pick when my boy went for the last interview.
4) Impact? I think I do not need to write on this point because all dailies .. published all kind of stories about .. discipinary problem between students and teachers/ fighting between teachers and parents// and many manny more. Who wants to discipline the kids now when u know all well that ur nnew car will be jeopardized to all sorts of speghetti scratching , permanent red paint and many more.
5) Lastly, many ladies are not yet marrried .. why? The men have no jobs to find the dowries etc etc in order to get the hands of the teachers. I think the ladies must do something ... here. Get your men please. Live well my teachers! OOps . wait ..
In 1969 - 1975 ; at that time , most schools had 80% men teacher and 20% lady teacher. Something must be wrong somewhere. Has the mother delivering 70% more baby girl than the boy nowadays? may be maybe. Our diet .. could explain this 70% story. Fast food, easy life, going to and from school by cars, .. , 2 day camping within the school compounnd , .. easy life, right? he..he.. Now the bomb! no one month bonus. Only imbuhan RM500 for us all DG54 and below. What a hack ..

I read a book authored by somebody with the name Mr Koran. It was a 45 years old book - it was given as a prize for me 'one of the winning debaters in Form III' from Mr Yusof Ngah, Principal TMS Besut Terengganu. I respect him a lot because he came back with M.A. Literature. (New Zealand).
2) I read it with some excitement when I came across the word 'let's us change'.
It sums up with .. the whole world can change if the changes started from an individual like me. How true it was. Wasn't it?
So far it is a common fact that many meetings started quite late in my old schools, polytechnic and many more places because ...
first I was late, then the students are late, the lab assistants were also late, the guards were late, .. and it goes on and on. At last in many occasions in many places here .. the attitude was .. it is ok to be late. Why? because everybody is late.
In Air Asia .. if you come to the check in counter 1 hour before the flight .. you cannot fly that day. Ooops so sorry. You lost a lot of money and time rushing for the flight. Air Asia is good. My son forked out RM1000 just to fly his family from JB to KB one day .. and driving .. all the way from Senai to Kuala Lumpur LCCT .. in short Air Asia demands every body to be punctual. But can that be done here all the time?
Lets see how you answer that ....please. TQ. brain cracker?

Saya rasa negara kita mempunyai rekod 'paling buruk' - mengenai statistik di mana bas express terlibat di dalam kemalangan maut ni - dah terlalu banyak dah. Akhbar METRO - first page! Tak terkira banyaknya. Selagi mangsa bukan anak kita, darah daging kita .. sikap kita ..baca, hish, hish.., hish..,, gitu jer lah.
Maklumlah bas dia besar.
Tapi satu jer .. perbezaan drivers kat Malaysia/ England contohnya. (maaf, zaman muda saya di sana..). Disiplin pemandu bas kita kuranglah. Pelekat tanda kata 'jgn merokok' ..tetapi depa jugak lah yg merokok. Bukak tingkap tepi dia dan dia pun merokoklah sambil he..he.. jwp phones.
Pakaian - tidak kemas langsung. Cuba check. Pakai selipar jepun. Adush!!
Dan mereka memandu sgt sgt lah laju. Kebanyakan masa .. memandu laluan melintas jer. Siapa nak larang. So far saya naik bas utara .. jrg sangat berhenti untuk bersolat. Driver akan memberi arahan "Cepatttt .. kita nak cepat ni." Maka semua passengers mungkin tak bersolat ..kes? company ambil org .. yg tahu memandu jer .. kurang sangat sivik minded langsung.
And one more thing .. ada bas yg pasang VCD ..musik, lagu indon, tamil, hindi, melayu lah .. sambil driver memandu, sembang-sembang dgn kawan2nya atas hand phone, telinga dengar lagu2 hits.. geleng-geleng kepalanya .. tiba2 ..... DUSSSSHHH ..PRBBBB.. semua nyawa bawah kawalan dia terbang dari PLUS kiri ke kanan. habis semua kereta dia sapu ... Bayangkanlah.
Saalam.
Today. I am back in my office.
0500 pm my lecture in Computer Ethics - DIT 2152. The topic is discuss issue called Multilevel Marketing. Insyallah I will create some notes for my students regarding AMWAY MLM bisnes plan.
2) I could still remember the days when Dr Ramzi Kota Bharu recruited me into his downline. Then I recruit Dr Rathiah as my downline. THen all money flows into the _rain. laugh.
I enjoyed going to the big night in Stadium Bukit jalil Kuala Lumpur. Modal RM400 per ticket but it was a great fun looking how the most successful UPLINE called Mr. XXX from Australia showing his style in .. many areas/skills. In short we can be successful if we are persistent enough to promote the bisness and stay put in recruiting the downline by showing again and agian the bisnes plan. I think we cannot say that we are a failure in this MLM .when at the end of the day we become more confident in presenting ideas and persuading others to buy AMWAY products. I enjoy reading and listening many motivational tapes from this bisnes. I had used the skill in teaching and consulting others in my field.
TQ MLM. We win some and we lost some. Thats life but doing dakwah in islam is always my first love. If others do what u say, then all his ibadat .. the thawab comes to you too a bit at a time for ever and ever.

Tahniah bos!

I would like to wish my students FTMM / FSKTM my heartiest congratulations .. as to their success in obtaining their degrees from His Excellency the Sultan of Johor in UTHM 10th Convocation Day 10th Oct to the 12th October 2010. Congratulations!
2) The sajak by 'Ku ... ' and the song 'Ibu dan Ayah' during the interlude was a tribute to the sacrifices our parents had undergone in upbringing us as graduates. I think the advise given by the Sultan was right and appropriate that we should pay back their dues .. love them as they had always love us when we were young 20 - 28 years ago. Without their sacrifice .. bringing us up .. from day 1 to this special day .. we are nobody for sure. All along this convocation, I can see their nice and satisfying smiles for all the success that u had brought for your families.
3) Congratulations too ..to Tan Sri Musa bin Tan Sri Hj Hassan ( anak ustaz Hj Hassan - pengadil Pertandingan Tilawah Al-Quraan Peringkat Nasional dan International) and Dato' Imran for getting the Honorary Degree - Doctor of Philosophy from UTHM - a tribute for their excellence in their respective field of duties i.e., PDRM and JPPKK KPTM, Malaysia. We feel the honour to know you all this while.
May God bless us all. Ameen.

He is the President Persatuan Peniaga-Peniaga Melayu Malaysia. Close aide to ex-PM Tun Dr Mahathir Muhammad. He was called in to replace Tun who is recuperating in Australia.
TQ. Hope u can get some ideas from this.

* ex- SIC student. 6 OKTOBER 2010/ 0300 ptg
· U must start from the scratch/ Bangladeshis.. learning many low skills in Giant, Metro etc// they can quote any price of goods by their finger tips. Once they left Malaysia, they began their own business using the latest know how they got from Giant, BP mall - Malaysia. we are so kind. We trained them and not our youngsters. Where have our loved youngsters gone?
· U must learn from the youngsters / they know more IT tricks than us ..old timers
· U must share your experience with the youngsters
· U must read a lot/ watch CNN/ watch ASTRO
· Read the right things, think right things , do right things// examples Malays read many papers about Datuk Susilawati recently. wanted to know so much about that case. They bought many papers - malay, chinese, indian papers - just to know more about how she was murdered// irrelevant news, no benefit to business ideas // but they love the stories/// as a result we cannot be great entrepreneur. We are just followers (konon-kononnya).
· He tried experimenting things - Explosive things in USA/ u can do anything in USA, he said...and we all laugh / he came back and open a factory on explosives in Perak// his share 60%. Soon he sold his share and opened other companies
· Minyak Geliga// experience in helping a ‘Wak’ selling minyak geliga// his dad advised him to help a malay WAK in Singapore. Switch job from European business to take that Wak's business on Minyak Geliga.
· RM60,000 per month that Wak made to RM1,000,000 in 2 years with Dato's intervention.
· Respect your staff// the lowest rank to the highest rank// award them handsomely and proportionally/ pay their EPF// stop hiring your own clan//u pay peanuts and u get nothing at the end; ur siblings left u with bad mouth, right?// must hire people who can do things professionally//
· Chinese are living according to their means// examples: they live together in the old days// they sent their anak to very good chinese schools/ they can work at their papa shops but they modify, they left for Europe and came back reinventing their papa business and see what they do now .. all kinds of new business// unlike the malays who started with goreng pisang under a tree and now after 30 years they are still happy eating under the same old tree. Great stuff!
· Malays are not living according to their means// they got to MCKK, STAR etc etc but most of them came back from London to be government salary earners examples teachers, engineers and doctors. They fought DG44, M44, U44 .. everything on paper. Small bonus yearly pun .. kuar atas paper. See what they like to read ? METRO. why not other business paper like what the chinese are reading day and night? He..he..
· He sent all his children to London// they came back , got married// he gave all the companies to his children 20 years ago/ now he is collecting his shares only.
TQ Dato'.
Wasallam. I enjoyed your talk. Wish u can talk for 4 days. All your stories must be put in a book.

today just came back from melaka conference - management education - IMEC 2010. Good one. Congratulations!
O yes the topic of my writing today is 'hutang .. buat banyak lagi hutang'.
According to our Nabi Muhammad s.aw. orang berhutang ada 3 malunya
1) malu di waktu siang - ada org tengak kat dia - si anu tu berhutang dgn ku .. tak bayar lagi tu
2) malu di waktu malam - dia gelisah - bila mahu bayar duit kain batik Cik Su Salmah - kerani pejabat aku ni.
3) malu bila berbicara .. mereka-reka cerita .. objectif ? lambatkan sedikit tempoh masa .. nak bayar balik hutang tu.
Adush..dasyatnya.
Pokoknya ramai org mau stail hidupnya.
thats why selalu gaduh dgn wife. Bercerai lah ...pulak si dia ni? why? Hidup banyak stail ..tetapi tak banyak pun. SEe?
I think thats all for now.
Have a good reflection on our life plz. It helps to saty away from hutang/ debt makings.
Have a nice day ahead/ n nice sleep everyday. No more sweating n putting ur arms on your forehead..thinking about how to make ends meet. Laugh.

, komunikasi.

Last weekend my wife and I took part in a wedding ceremony - Tuan Hj Zainal Said ESSO Owner Parit Raja. My job was to accompany the people from Kelantan to Hj Zainal's residence. The procession began from Hotel Lndmark Batu Pahat.
When we arrived there we saw there were so many big motorbikes (Hartley type c.c above 2000 c.c.) with their riders all black t-shirts, googles and complete uniforms. The bridegroom was a Dr graduated from Russia. About 10 families from Kelantan came and we assembled at the hotel lobby. It was an honour to be a part of this big party.
Once all parties were ready .. the first car ..red AUDI 2 door where the bridegroom was taken as the most VVIP began to move.. all vehicles started to move from BP town centre to Kampung Sentosa, BP. What I like most was .. the way the big motor riders cause a great stir along the traffic junctions.. they controlled the traffic flow completely ..in order to let our parties (in 10 cars) .. to proceed easily .. it took a mere 10 minutes from the hotel to the wedding receptions.
If i am not mistaken, it looks like Michael Douglas Black Rain film in 2000.
It was my most unforgetful day in my life because thsi was the first time I experienced this kind of treatment. I tried to drive as fast as possible with a speed of 130km/hr in the BP city centre at 200 pm Saturday. I was not my usual self. Normally i could only drive 60km/hr along BP-Kluang road.. the most notorious route in Malaysia. Too many accidents at this stretch. Believe me and then on that day I was driving my EXORA 1.6 Full Spec at 130km/hr in the mid noon Saturdayn that particular strecth of road folowing the motorbikers .. i didn't want to be lost. The funny thing was the father of the bridegroom took a simple white SAGA 1.3 cc only and his car was the second one behind the red AUDI. Everybody was driving like hell passing many junctions. Luckily I pasted UTHM logo at the back of my EXORA. So at least my exora cause big 'Oh.. and AHA' and envy among many road users at that particular instance/time. Don't think this can be repeated any more my friends. laugh.
TQ so much you great warriors ( big motorbikes). Never thought this treatment at all. He..he..
