If I were you .. I won't take so many organizations at one time. I would rather try to

a) organize what is available the best that I can for example .. methods and procedures of creating in door games .. must be explicitly laid out step by step

b) prepare good food and drink. This is a must ..because good food attracts more people coming in in the coming future . God Willing.

c) hire more jurulatih. Try to strike some balance . Clear instructions. If you want to do gymrobic ..prepare a proper CD for it. It doesn't look that professional if you show to everyone that u are not well prepared in using what songs for what kind of physical work. It looks quite amatuerish. Put a mike on the 'jurulatih's ' body. Get a Malek Noor flexing his muscles doing the gymrobic

d) I enjoy the paintball game. The marshalls look great actually but in the days to come plz wear smarter and appropriate suits for the game. War game u mean? Don't smoke here!

e) Hire a tablighi people. They get help you giving out 6 points in 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 60 minutes. They will cover the basic points professionally. So far the makmun left the surau and the 'ustaz' also left it as well. Where got road like this?
