Esok my faculty .. akan pergi berkursus ke Sepang. Bukit Unggul?

2) I dah 2 kali dah kursus sebegini. Pertama di Eagle Ranch, Port Dickson and kedua , di Gunung Ledang. Memang if kita muda-muda seronok jugak main-main dalam parit, tasik, .. , merangkak dalam hutan berlumpur .. semata-mata nak build team spirit ..dan macam2 tetapi .. badan saya dah tak larat dah benda-benda gini.

Today dapat MC. Sakit tetapi ..saya dok dalam opis .. check double check notes/ markah kerja-kursus DIT 2 dan DIT 1 ni. Saya lebih suka memabaca dan memikir what to do next year ..publications, research, presentations etc etc. Discreet maths?

If I am not wrong, tujuan team Building is to create a nice condusive environment to work as a department, faculty and a university itself tomorrow and the coming future towards one goal. Example 'with wisdom we explore'. Thats the real objective. Getting the wisdom out from everybody is easy said in the jungle / top of a mountain / than ..really practising it as a team. But in the process ..something can be wrong. Limited budget, limited research ability and potential can sometimes .. block us .. the academic barrier. Not everybody can be a great writer in a n impact journals. Do you?

However lets hope that we can go there with a good positive thinking and attitude. Why? We spent a lot actually. Right.
