Prof Dr Jamal Abawajy ..(Deakins University, Australia) akan pulang ke Australia soon. Today his last day in UTHM, Parit Raja. hu..hu.. If someone ask me ..what u get from his visit ? the answer is so simple lah.
He taught us how to publish in high impact factor.
He showed yesterday ..teachers' / lecturers pay rise is about 5% within the next 10 years while graduates IT security is 28% within that time period. Good isn't it? So does software engineering/ information system about 20 something percent. What took me by surprise multimdia is rising at around 11% only when many of my students opted multimedia than networking. The figures he got from America.
In the nut shell, teaching job is not good for those who loves lots and lots of cash. (laugh).
He played soccer / indoor football for many evenings already and .. now we say good bye to him.
What my dad sais was true '.. any that start ..will come to an end.' so this is it. The end of his visit here. Hopefully he can visit us again. I look forward to his overall comment regarding BIT programm here as compared to his university in Australia.
