Follow him closely. He has the 'hot topic' regarding your research area. That hot topic will be the strong factor for jurnals writings and acceptance. In I.T. the technology is changing so fast. As fast as the lightning on the sky. I like DR Najib salleh. He always folow his scholar in Japan / China.
I have the feeling he is going to write many jurnal articles ISI index in the coming future.
