A smile is a smile is a smile

salam. I try to smile at young people just to show how lucky they are nowadays living in Malaysia. Many years back, in order to pursue my degree abroad I have to do a lot of things by myself. This covers from photostating, went to the Immigration Deprtment to get a passport, getting bank drafts from the Bank Negara, getting air ticket travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Leeds, England and arranging my own transport leaving England for good in 1982. My late dad ..did nothing .. he knew I was smart enough to survive. Now, my children can sit and relax. As young malaysians, I noticed that the hard work is already solved by the parents by driving their children here and there. In fact, if I am not wrong, sometimes I photostated maps, drawings ..in fact what my childrens' teachers ask my kids to do .. I did all that for my children. If the teachers asked my kids to do anything, it was the parents who solved at least 50% of the things. Luckily, the teachers did not ask my kids to paint their schools all green in colour else .. it would be me ..smilingly painting the buildings in green. Blessed you my kids! In conclusion, I smile ..hopefully I will smile again tommorrow ..knowing that one day .. the above job will stop .. and I can sit down shaking my legs. Why? My children will do the same thing as what I did to them when they were small. The history repeats itself, doesn't it so?
