Salam.

Good Morning. Today I want to talk a bit on team work.

According to a research by a group of experts in Australia .. they recommended many institutions to adopt teamwork as a mode of learning example science, mathematics and technology.

2) But please be aware that not all teams can succeed if you are not careful with these few things:

2..1 readiness
2.2 preparedness
2.3 perception between peers
2.4 attitude

3) elaboration.
First of all you yourself must be ready with your study and things that need some effort from you. Don't look at others to do things for you. It won't work here.

Secondly, you must be prepared with going to classes/ lectures/ etc etc. Bring the right equipments for the classes like calculators, graph papers and a small dictionary. Carry 2 or 3 different kinds of pen. It helps to make effective notes.

Thirdly, don't think you are inferior than those who come from Kuala Lumpur. Even though you come from Manik Urai, Kelantan .. if you r prepared ..u can out beat your friends from Bukit Bintang and Convent Bukit Nenas. Nothing is impossible at this point of time. Just work hard. Think positive all the time. If you are sick with a bad cough (sounds like a she cow about to give birth to a new one) .. please go and see your doctor. PKU. pusat kesihatan universiti.

Finally is attitude/ sikap dari diri mu. Jangan malas malas. Jangan lepaskan peluang mudah-mudah. Ingat wajah ayah mu yg bekerja keras siang dan malam sebagai Pak Guard di mana tu... menguruskan ongkos untuk kamu menyambung pengajian di UTHM ini. Kesian dia bukan? Jika kamu kasihan kepadanya .. belajarlah berdikari dan .. belajar rajin-rajin. Mengikut kata Tun Abdul Razak (1980) hanya dengan pendidikan yang bagus / dapat ijazah yg bagus .. kehidupan mu akan berubah .. jeng jeng ..terang benderang. Cerah masa depan mu Sen?

The biggest mistake you can make is to mix and team up with someone from the same state from day 1 to day 5000 in this place. Try and mix with someone of diffeent race , religion, state, country, sex, skin color and .. IQ. He..he.. by doing so , you are said to be preparing for an IT job. Else I am afraid to say that .. you miss the biggest opportunity to mix and .. teaming up with others. Life is all about teams. Successful teams create news all over the world. Don't you think .. you wanna make important news too? So wake up .. and mmove!
