jangan risau sangat lah oleh Andrew Mathews

I read a book by A. mathews. A very good book. Suits me well I suppose.

The gist of the book is:

a) don't have high hope for anything.
b) don't expect so much from anybody
c) success comes from our first and the smallest step

Explaination:

a) if you hope your boy friend to call you , try and wait for his call. The whole day the telephone rings .. but alas no call belongs to him. He never come. See? what are you going to do?

b) you are expecting your cheque worth RM2000 to clear from Maybank. Before the thing happens, you had planned so many things examples - changing all the front tyres since the flowers have all gone; get a new neck tie since you are going to EM-C for a program in the university, send RM1000 to your mother tomorrow after noon, change the house cabinet, ..and many many more as if that RM2000 is like RM 2 millions. What did you get? The Bendahari University call, your claim for the industrial visit had many errors. the Dean forgot to sign the claim. what a heck! Your face gone blank!

c) Mr A was so lazy to read a paper on Procedures to do Research. It merely have 3 pages. if he had read at least the first page, perhaps he wouldn't make the biggest mistake in doing phd in France. what was it? doing phd with 76 year old prof as the project supervisor. you know what? he came back after 4.5 years. The professor passed away 6 months before his viva.

So what was I trying to high light here. Be your self. Be happy, don't worry. try to wake up early and do what a student has to do. Yes , you are right. A student studies hard, smart and intelligently. His garden is the library. not the futsal court, right? Finish up the assignments and learn to type things correctly.
ok? he..he..

be happy shall we?

wallah hu aklam.
