Salam.
I got a thick envelop today. It was comments from my students regarding my teaching maths last semester Dec 2010 to April 2011.
The comments were:
* can give more examples based on the topic that has been discussed
** give lots of examples and organized your answers so that ..we can follow the solution
*** enter class punctually
+ exactly perfect on time management/ punctuality very good
++ always on the dot this man
+++ looks as if he is always motivated n dedicated
=== a good man
= = happy person; always happy him strong sun or wet rainy days. His motto. Don't worry B happy.
Is that OK maths teachers/ lecturers? But in this place teaching will never be the most contributing factor for promotions. It is research and publication in high impact factor journals. Why? to attract foreign students into this university. U publish else you perish . if the foreigners come, we make some money .. else ..the money goes else where.
Can anybody makes any comment on this please? tq.
